职位描述
Responsibility:
1. Manage the plastic mold launch process for the plastic component products in Automotive industry. Work as a member of APQP team.
2. New tooling process control in schedule management / milestone contraol, cost control, engineering modification, sampling, PPAP documentation.
3. Existing tooling modification/engineering change process control.
4. Manage interface with tool maker and customer. Closely work with project engineer to ensure project milestone. Closely work with operation manager on existing tool change to ensure production schedule.
5. Translate all technical specifications into tool manufacturing requirement and process to meet the customer's requirements.
6. Handle any tool change due to design change / revision during development.
7. Ensure all the documentation follows TS16949 procedure and customer specific requirement, if any.
8. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualification:
1. Profound knowledge in plastic mold, minimum 3 years of working experience in this area is a must.
2. Good knowledge in plastic injection molding process and varies of plastic materials.
3. Skilled in UG, ProE, Catia, and/or Auto CAD.
4. Skilled in Moldflow
5. Good communication skills in English and Chinese in writing and speaking.
