工作职责:

1. Have good understanding on the tendering policy, tendering document as well as tendering process.

2. Be skillful in using the company standard working document & able to issue authorization within specified timeframe based on the tender information provided by the sales team or channel partner in the assigned territory

3. Follow up to track the tender result on a regular basis, ensure all the key information are well obtained and managed.

4. Understand all the logic behind the KPI setup. Can actively track the KPI on a regular basis

5. Actively use relative reports & dashboards to report out the actual performance based on the KPI defined.

6. Able to analyze the data collected so as to provide heads up to the tender team on the exceptional situation

7. Look into the opportunity to integrate the tender authorization process with the salesforce.com. Goals is to increase the adoption of salesforce.com in GCC

8. Track & report out the new tendering requirement from the Policy issued by the Gov’t which might have impact to Carestream products.

9. Other Tendering Data Collection, some preliminary analysis and reporting

10. Support on other initiative in the Operations team, including system adoption, sales compensation & forecast data verification

11. Coordinate with regional MSA as well as WW operations team

任职资格:

Knowledge

1. Bachelor degree, commercial or statistics major is preferred

2. Good skill of Email and Microsoft Office Software is a must; Excellent Excel & PPT skill would be a plus.

3. Good written & oral English would be a plus.

Experience

1. Sales/Tendering experience is highly preferred

2. Experience with Salesforce.com is preferred
