Job Responsibility:

· Develop DPRG review package, drive different functions for good quality inputs, gather good market intelligence to drive competitive quotations that meet Delphi financial matrix; timely escalate any issues / risks preventing Delphi from winning the business;

· Actively involved in Program Launch reviews, track launch status, stay on top of the key risks / opportunities of all launches, particularly critical launches; make sure we are on track to achieve the AR/DPRG financial matrix; and work with PT / functions to lay out roadmap to remediate any risks;

· Have a solid grasp of the product cost structure, cost elements, product competitiveness, benchmarking prices among various customers / programs to be able to drive business wins; pro-actively manage any critical MCIP / localization assumptions built into the cases to make sure we are on track;

· Tracking the BOM costs of the new launching projects, especially for GDI products;

Workwith other ad-hoc analysis required by the management

Job Responsibility:

· Bachelor degree with major in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Economics.

· 3-5 years financial working experience in the multi-national company

· Over 3 years financial analysis experience is preferred

· Familiar with manufacturing costing, plant processing experience

· Strong analytical skill

· Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PPT
