Personnel responsibilities

- Optimal arrangement of working time, fulfill the tasks according to Edscha process;

- Responsible for the presence and inform Sales Director your vocation plan in advance;

- To ensure discipline, order and cleanness in working area;

- Responsible for EAT Staff Manual and other relative regulation;

Functional responsibilities

- Supporting EAT Sales Department by defining and updating the working process of EAT sales department and RFQ procedure of Edscha Great China and ensuring the implementation;

- Sales coordination between sales organization of different regions in Edscha group and the production plants in Great China;

- Supporting EAT sales located in Kunshan all regular tracking lists and formulates update and collection;

- Supporting relative translation between English and Chinese for needed mails, documents, etc.;

- Taking the role of Z-Type/EPM key-user;

- Take responsible to make good record of all contracts/agreements/DNA/etc.;

- Some administration tasks such as print out documents/ company signature and seal;

- Executing other tasks EAT Sales Director assign to;

Required qualification

1. University degree or above

1. Good PC Microsoft skills theoretically and practically

1. Strong communication and good team spirit

1. Native language Chinese, good knowledge of English (speaking and writting). German language knowledge is an advantage.
