Position Summary / 职位概述：

Quality Specialist 质量专员

Scope 工作范围：

1. Assistant Management Representative for maintaining quality system management， including Internal audit and external audit；

协助管理者代表维护推进质量管理体系，包括内外部审核；

2. Responsible for quality department data collection and reports (with format); 负责质量部门内部数据收集及报告；

3. Quality department assistant to whole team 质量部助理

Job Responsibility / 工作职责：

1. Maintain company quality system works effective with high efficiency, also supervise quality system execution strictly within the whole company;

维护公司质量体系的有效、高效的运行，同时监督整个公司的质量体系严格执行。

2. Responsible for company quality system internal & external audit, following-up and verifying corrective and preventive actions. 负责公司内部外部审核、跟踪和验证纠正、预防措施的实施及效果

3. Responsible for inspection tools external certification 负责检具的外校计量工作

4. Role as Quality department assistant to support whole department. 部门助理工作

Qualification/ 任职资格：

1 Professionalism 职业素养

Full of responsibility, pro-activeness, and honesty; 富有责任心，积极主动，诚实守信；

2. Knowledge 知识

1） Bachelor degree, English CET4 or above; 本科学历，英语四级或以上

2) Understand ISO 9001 system will be a plus; 理解了解ISO9001 质量体系优先；

3) Or, be willing to work as Quality system and quality management direction from New college graduate 或者有意愿从事质量体系和质量管理方向的应届毕业生

3. Competence & Ability能力与技能

1） Well organization, coordination and communication ability and strong execution ability;

良好的组织、沟通协调能力，强的执行能力

2） Be good at speaking, writing, reading & reporting in English. 良好的英语 听、读、写能力；

3） Good at Excel, PowerPoint, word, etc, skills.
