Job Responsibilities:
- In charge of trouble shooting, Improve line and machine running state; control KPI of machine downtime.
- Day to day make review and activity for downtime issue.
- Check and accept new machine，provide suggestion
- Improve issue of quality, downtime, SMED, and so on; make root cause analysis and action. Use PDCA method to do the improvement.
- Conduct and coaching technicians to fix problem.
- In charge of preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance.
- Arrange technicians works and shift schedule.
- Maintenance document management.
- Keep implementing EHS police
- Control spare parts cost and storage

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree above, major in Electric Automatization, Mechanical, Chemical Mechanical etc.
- Familiar with PLC(Simens, Mitsubishi);CAD; FANUC and ABB Robot
- Good working attitude, team spirit
- Willing to take challenge, willing to work under pressure
- Can understand English engineering drawing
