Assist the manager to supervise the security team by implementing security operation guidelines and specific SOPs

Responsible for security daily routine, management and training

Developing/modifying security policies/procedures/rules within group security frame depends on real needs and follow up with periodical update to keep adapting to the daily routine

Providing security orientation per required, and also responsible for planning & conducting security training on security individual of both indoor and outsourcing guards

Maintaining security facilities/devices/system to ensure they are in well order

Monitoring security daily practices performed by both indoor and outsourcing guards through updated SOPs

In charge of security duty roster on monthly basis within instructed overtime limitation in accordance with local labor law as well HR direction

Continuously assessing the performance on security individual by agreed duty descriptions as well target/objective goals

Forwarder renew audit per required/assigned

Conducting employee background check as assigned

Performing security/safety inspecting on overall onsite security operation of JM ECT

Capable of assisting in or, if necessary, doing primary incident investigate/report

Coordinating security audit either internal or external

Cooperating with other team on security project

As backup to manager in his absence
