Job Responsibilities:
工作职责：
-Finishing the item interaction design based on requirements raised
负责按事先商定的质量进度要求完成项目的交互设计工作
-Communication with industry experts and customers to finish software prototype design and user interface design
与行业专家沟通、客户充分沟通完成软件原型设计以及部分界面设计
-Providing solutions based on combination of the user demand and interaction design experience
参加用户需求调研，结合自身所掌握的交互设计经验，提出业务模块初步解决方案
-Cooperate with developers to organize information, design architecture and function module
协同开发人员进行信息整理，架构设计以及功能模块的设计
-Responsible for evaluation of functional interface and test of usability
负责功能界面实现评估及可用性测试
-Writing the user operating instruction manual
编写用户操作使用说明书
-Feedback to Project Manager and relevant Heads about progress in software development in time, and providing suggestions according to actual situation
负责向项目经理、开发负责人及时反馈软件开发中的情况，并根据实际情况提出改进建议
-Duty of confidentiality
承担相应的保密职责
-Other work assigned by superior
完成上级交办的其它工作

Requirements:
职位要求
-Graduated from Computer or Software Major, etc., with 3-5 years experience in interaction design
计算机、软件相关专业毕业，具有3-5年交互设计工作经验
-Familiar with Photoshop or Fireworks, a good command of UI design experience
有一定界面设计能力，熟悉Photoshop或Fireworks
-Familiar with prototyping software such as viso、axure, and building prototype quickly
掌握主流原型设计软件viso、axure，并能够快速搭建原型
-Familiar with website and application software development process
熟悉网站以及应用软件开发流程
-Good communication and expression, excellent document writing capability
优秀的沟通和表达能力，优秀的文案能力
-A good team player with dedication, creativity and ability to work independently
具有团队精神和敬业精神，具有良好的创新能力和独立解决问题的能力
-Strong communication and learning abilities
