a. Ensure that all catering files are passed on from Sales to EMC timely and that all associates in EMC are following the set guidelines in handling of all events.

b. To make sure that all functions are serviced by EMC till the end of the function and that all bills are settled according to the agreed form of payment.

c. Assist is handling important functions and support the EMC and Sales Team in handling of large scale events.

d. Ensure that all BEOs are issued with correct information and send to concerned departments timely.

e. Make sure that all information is updated in Fidelio S&C at the end of each function.

f. Organize BEO meetings whenever necessary

g. Ensure that the catering forecast is sent out to all concerned departments twice a week.
