1. To supervise the Accounting Department and be thoroughly familiar with the duties and responsibilities of all the Accounting Employees under his / her supervision.

5. To ensure that these Standard of Operating Procedures are being followed by constant review of the supporting documentation for all financial transactions within the hotel and of all Internal Control measures that have been implemented.
确保运营程序的标准在不断会顾温习中执行，所有内部控制措施得到实施。
6. To prepare and maintain reconciliations for all Bank Accounts and all General Ledger Asset and Liability accounts, and to present these each month, with all supporting documentation, to the Director of Finance for review.

7. To assist the Director of Finance in the preparation of budgets and forecasts and to assist Department Heads to analyze their expenses and budget requirements.

8. To ensure that all payments or documentation required by government bodies, e.g. Vat or Payroll Taxes are correct and submitted on a timely basis.
