Specific Responsibilities: 具体职能

1. Be responsible for Quality Systems’ internal & external audit and continuous improvement 负责质量体系的内审和外审, 持续改进.
2. Be responsible for supervising quality policy and objectives 负责监督质量方针和目标 --- Set up quality target and review periodic --- Quickly response for PRR and other Customer Complaint --- Responsible for track all action plan
3. In charge of quality department management 负责质量部门的管理. --- Management/employee relationships --- Hire, discipline, evaluate performance and authorize overtime for subordinate --- Provide training and cross training for staff and develop subordinate --- Insure the Quality department effectively serve the needs of all customer. --- Cross function with other internal departments and external sources
4. Control company product quality Deal with Quality complaints & Issues from customers 控制公司的产品质量 负责质量投诉和客户投诉 --- Ensure Problem Solving has been implement. --- Ensure procedure for corrective action and preventive action implemented. --- Coordinate response to customer concerns.
5. Follow up quality performance 跟踪本公司质量成绩

Know-How Requirements 职位要求
1 Hold bachelor degree, majored in Mechanical or related engineering. 本科学历，机械或工程类专业背景。
2 Familiar with ISO9000 & TS16949, ISO14000 system requirement 熟悉ISO9000及TS16949，ISO14000体系要求.
3. Familiar with Quality Management tools, such as APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, 8D, CP, FMEA, etc. 熟悉 质量管理工具(如APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, 8D, CP, FMEA等） 3 More than 5 years experience in quality control of automotive or electronics industry, and minimum 3 years experience on quality management position 对于汽车或电子工业的质量控制, 至少有5年相关工作经验。并至少有3年的经验处于质量管理职位.
4 Familiar with MS-OFFICE 能熟练运用办公自动化软件
5 Fluency in oral and written English 流利的外语口语和读写能力
6 Good communication and team work 良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神
