1. 项目起动会议,参与新产品报价Provide test quotation for new project

2. 参与新开发产品的实验项目规划及讨论(ADVP&R) Participate in test planning and discuss for new project

3. 试验设备和夹具规划书制作，设备和夹具验收、维护、保养Preparing , planning and accept test fixture and test equipment

4. 产品试验进度制作及跟踪 make out and follow up product test schedule

5. 新产品（DV&PV）测试及报告制作create and release DV/PV report

6. 对产品工程师负责的委托、定期产品测试及报告确认confirm test report with technician

7. 跟踪及完成委外测试事项follow up and complete outsourcing test

8. 参与不合格产品的失效分析，并结合失效现象给出参考建议participate in non conformance sample analysis, and give suggestion.

9. 编写设备操作说明书，明确设备操作方法；编写试验操作流程，明确试验方法；Work out working instruction and define equipment operating method; work out test operation flow for each test, define test method.

10. 熟练实验室内设备并能够熟练操作相关设备 familiar test equipment and operate related test equipment.

11. 对所负责的产品设备进行定期保养maintain related test equipment.

12. Check and monitor 5S implementation / 检查监督5S执行状况

13. 其它上级分配的任务other task assigned by manager

岗位要求：

1.大专及以上学历,机械、机电、电子或汽车工程等相关专业. University Degree or above, mechatronics、electrical or automotive engineer etc.

2.三年以上实验室工作经验，汽车滤清器公司或汽车行业测试的经验优先3 years experiences in a laboratory environment, experience in automotive filter testing /Auto industry is definitely an advantage

3.英语读写能力Basic command of reading and written English

4.熟练使用excel，word等办公软件Familiar with excel, word and other office software
