Responsibilities：

1. Lead CTO PCA team

2. Optimize the procedure of the planning and inventory control

3. Drive the KPI performance, work out the reason and correct actions for not fulfillment

4. Work with team to adjust the daily schedule once any abnormal issue occurred which impact the production or delivery.

5. Lead team to finish the assigned projects (Migration, Lean…)

6. Work with function teams to be the contact window

7. Responsible for the report of Production on time MAAR Chart、Delivery Performance chart、Line Scorecard chart, ICB pass due daily and week report.

8. Work on the assigned work by supervisor.

Requirements：

• Bachelor Degree or above

• Have at least 5 years production planning experience.

• Have at least 2~3 years team management experience.

• Have profound knowledge of ERP system.

• High Computer skill.

• Good English reading and writing skill
