Key Responsibilities

?Support improvement tasks/projects to make breakthrough in supply management

?Support commodity managers to implement productivity projects

?Support and manage major/critical supply recovery and assure continuity supply with no line stoppage

?Trouble shooting with suppliers on delivery. Have sense of urgency and priority.

?Need to manage around 100 suppliers( 50% domestic/50% oversea)

?Find root cause of issues and find solutions to tackle issues systematically

?Manage suppliers On-Time delivery performance and is able to find ways to improve

?Coordinate the Engineering Change Order and assure implementation effectively RFQ based on sourcing’s strategy

?Implement Lean Supply Chain (Consignment/VMI etc.)

?Interact with suppliers and various departments regarding procurement Policy & Procedures

Requirements：

• Minimum Bachelor Degree qualification preferably in Engineering
• 2-5 years’ procurement related experience
• Solid knowledge and experience on manufacturing supply chain management
• Be able to manage major/critical supply recovery
• Able to analyze the supplier performance and find improvement opportunities
• Be able to analyze root cause of issues and find solutions to tackle issues systematically.
• SAP/Lean knowledge is a plus
• Be able to speak English fluently and be able to present
• Be able to lead improvement projects across different functions.
