工作职责:

- Design the UI/UX and manage the functionality of all digital products for assigned business line in Pizza Hut, (including but not limited to App, Web, Wap, etc)

- Act as the key link between ecommerce and IT development side, understand business needs and translate into product development needs and supervise quality IT product development

- Total Ownership of the related digital products (mainly APP, H5, Mini App, etc.), including user experience, ensure smooth, reliable product usage and user friendliness; product upgrade and revamping

- Manage a pool of strong outside UX vendors and deliver quality work in time

任职资格:

- Bachelor's Degree with Major in computer science, software engineer, or related fields

- Extensive working experience (5+ years) in the capacity of digital product manager in leading ecommerce, internet companies

- Must have proven track record of developing a consumer-facing digital product (APP) or some major features inside the APP

- Expert in B2C business process and proven track record of improving user experience and increase user base / stickiness / conversion rate

- Very familiar with IT development coding languages in all major platforms, can speak with IT developers and evaluate the work

- Expert in digital data analysis and strong problem solving skill

- Clear thinking and extremely good logic, problem solving

- Retail / FMCG industry exposure is a plus, B2C experience is a must

- Strong communication skills and able to work under pressure
