职位描述
1、必需是高中（中技）以上学历； 模具设计与制造大专以上学历将优先考虑.
2、10年以上汽车塑胶模具装配、维修工作经验，熟悉热流道塑胶模具制造、装配及维修，初步
了解注塑机及注塑工艺；
3、精通模具结构及性能、机械基础知识及机械制图并能够分析和解决模具对产品所造成的质量
问题
4、熟悉模具维修工具及加工设备、加工工序、熟练使用基本的测量工具。
5、精通模具维修,新模具组立,模具改善,模具日常维护保养
模具生产过程所出现的问题及时维修，维护产线正常运作
6、具基本的电脑操作能力，能简单运用专业软件CAD；
7、能吃苦耐劳，沟通能力良好；
8、有大型汽车塑胶模具公司工作经验为佳。
