Responsibility:
1. Take responsible for supplier quality improvement as high quality target;
2. Handle incoming daily issues from related department such as MP, Sourcing, Purchasing & ensure incoming parts and components meet specifications & requirements;
3. Perform existing supplier quality assurance by product and print review development duties in support of the purchasing and supply process for OEM products;
4. Handle testing of newly required parts, must be able to take a testing standard of various products, understand the critical quality points of various products
5. Survey the factory’s manufacturing process capabilities based on product requirements, appraise and check the RFQ, and track of problem solving and report of supplier issues;
6. Set up proper manufacturing process control plan; Lead and monitor the implementation of preventive and corrective action plans;
7. Actively work with supplier to improve their skills and capabilities to maintain consistent quality;

Requirements:
1. Minimum Bachelor Degree in mechanical engineering, material testing or related
2. Master quality control tools, i.e. APQP, FMEA, SPC, 8D, etc
3. Be familiar with the ASTM standards/specifications and the manufacturing processes of fastener products
4. 2 years related experience in fastener factory or company will be preferred
5. Be familiar to stamping, forging, machining, heat treatment and surface treatment processes
6. Working in a fast paced environment, having the ability to handle numerous product types at one time
7. Integrity and enterprise for job and can bear high working pressure
8. Good team player and communication skills
9. Good command of English language both oral and written, as well as computer skills
10. May be asked to travel frequently within China

职责：
1.提高供应商的生产质量；
2.处理相关采购部门的一些日常问题，确保采购的零件或产品符合规范和要求；
3. 确保OEM产品的采购和供应过程中的质量，对现有供应商执行产品和打印审查；
4.开展新产品的测试工作，根据不同产品制定测试标准，了解各种产品的质量关键环节；
5.基于产品的要求，评估以及报价，调查供应商的生产能力，跟进问题处理和供应商问题报告；
6.建立适当的生产过程控制计划，主导和监督计划的正确实施；
7.积极与供应商合作，提高他们的生产能力与技术以保持一贯的品质。
要求：
1.本科学历及以上，机械工程/材料测试等相关专业；
2.掌握质量控制工具，例如APQP，FMEA，SPC，8D等
3.了解紧固件产品的ASTM标准和制造工艺
4.2年紧固件生产工作或工作经验优先
5. 熟悉冲压，锻压，机械加工，热处理和/或表面处理工艺
6.能适应快节奏的工作环境，能同时处理多种产品任务。
7.可以在压力下工作
8.良好的团队协作和沟通能力
9.良好的英文能力（口语和书面）和计算机能力
10.能适应国内出差

Fastco located in Shanghai was founded in 2003 and it is the newest subsidiary of Fastenal. Fastco's primary responsibilities include sales, product sourcing, supplier development, procurement, QA/QC and logistics on behalf of Fastenal Company.
Recently Fastco opened 2 branches in Tianjin and Foshan which would focus on domestic sales. 2 representatives were found in Ningbo and Guangzhou in 2009 as well. These branches help us to get close to our vendors and customers.
