工作职责：
1、严格执行公司质量管理体系程序

2、协同项目组成员，负责新项目和量产项目的质量控制

3、组织协调来自客户、第三方、公司内部的各种审核(体系\过程\产品\技术评审)

4、负责处理客户投诉，产品质量问题，来料质量问题,供应商问题

5、制作控制计划、实验计划、检验指导书，检具操作规范等

6、执行、推动公司内部的持续改进计划，不断降低公司DPPM

7、主导汽车紧固件部门（注塑＋冲压）在2012年年底顺利通过GP10认可

8、负责实验室工作的日常管理

9、完成上级交代的其他问题
职位要求：
1. 本科及以上学历,高分子材料、模具设计及制造、机械自动化等专业

2. 3年以上汽车行业质量工作经验, 具有质量管理体系建立、维护和内审经验

3. 精通ISO9000、VDA6.1和TS16949质量体系\过程\产品审核,和ISO14001环境管理体系,有内审员证书

4. 精通APQP,PPAP,FMEA,MSA,SPC、8D, DOE等质量工具

5. 有控制管理、评审或过程质量控制经验; 6. 较强组织协调能力和团队合作精神

7. 英文沟通能力强

8、有GP10实验室工作经验优先考虑。

Be responsible for (not limited to): quality control procedure in product development process including PPAP, FMEA, APQP; production quality control according to TS-16949 quality book; quality planning; new program qualification; customer contact; vendor contact


Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, automotive experience is a prefer.
Minimum 5 years design experience in engineering plastic parts/components (familiar with injection molding and tooling). Experience with Automotive customers and suppliers.
Fluent in English in both writing and speaking. Familiar with TS-16949 requirement
