ABOUT DIRECT HR:
DIRECT HR IS A PREMIUM CHINA-FOCUSED RECRUITMENT FIRM SPECIALIZED IN SUPPORTING LEADING EUROPEAN, AMERICAN AND CHINESE EMPLOYERS WITH THEIR TALENT ACQUISITION IN CHINA.

Salary:

Dongguan, Guangdong Province, China
Reporting to:
HR Director
Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Conduct orientation sessions and arrange on-the-job training for new hires of Sr. staff
+ Evaluate instructor performance and the effectiveness of training programs, providing recommendations for improvement
+ Develop testing and evaluation procedures
+ Conduct or arrange for ongoing technical training and personal development classes for staff members.
+ Confer with management and conduct surveys to identify training needs based on projected production processes, changes, and other factors
+ Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials
+ Be responsible for training budget, annual training plan formulation, overall implementation and evaluation of training & development system, policies and procedures for training & development functions
+ Liaise with external consultants/trainers and institutions on training issues
+ Training curriculum standardization of China sites
+ Corporate ad-hoc training projects implementation
+ Optimize training system
+ Optimize training resources
+ Guiding, directing, and motivating subordinates and coaching and developing Others
+ Employee development programs
Requirements:
+ University or above education in Engineering, Business, Psychology, Human Resources, English
+ At least 5 years experiences in multinational electronics companies or Semiconductor manufacturing companies+ Good teaching and coaching skills
+ Excellent management skills of personal resources
+ Excellent persuasion skills
+ Excellent execution skills
+ Good time management skills
+ Excellent communication skills, listen actively
+ Excellent English skills of both oral and written
