岗位职责：

1. 负责跨境电商店铺的日常运营管理，定时上传及下架产品，定期优化工作流程；

2. 每日监控营销数据，做好商品管理、顾客管理。

3. 负责目标销售市场调查分析，高效达成运营销售业绩；

4. 保持店铺的好评率和良好的信誉度；

5. 提出营销可行性建议。

任职要求：

1. 大专及以上学历，良好的英语听说读写能力；3年以上相关工作经验。

2. 熟悉跨境电商运作模式，有很强的市场敏感性和营销策划能力；

3. 具有良好的数据分析能力，较强的资源整合和执行能力；

4. 有激情，思维灵活，有强烈的责任心和抗压能力，乐于挑战
