ABOUT DIRECT HR:
DIRECT HR IS A PREMIUM CHINA-FOCUSED RECRUITMENT FIRM SPECIALIZED IN SUPPORTING LEADING EUROPEAN, AMERICAN AND CHINESE EMPLOYERS WITH THEIR TALENT ACQUISITION IN CHINA.

Travelling:
Within South & North of China, depending on the requirement
Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Setup test-lab incl. all necessary equipment, especially for software controlled devices
+ Design and prepare the test plan and test handbook for different kind of products
+ Perform intensive usability test for software controlled devices during and after development
+ Responsible for the product function, reliability during and after development
+ Responsible for the testing AV-standards as DivX-, HDMI-, Dolby-, DTS-, DLNA-, CEC-standard
+ Check failure list which will be provided by Germany (Feedback/complaints from customers) and do the communication to clarify each issue with German headquarters and external testers
+ Forward and discuss checked and confirmed problems with suppliers and find solution
+ Check first PP and MP for responsible projects and train/inform QC-team for important and outstanding issues
+ Interface between R&D and QC
+ Test products during and after the development and communicate pending issues with the project manager and QC internally
+ Prepare test handbooks will be updated frequently and used for QC checks
+ Handle customer feedbacks indirectly, check them and find a proper solution
Requirements:
+ College grad or equivalent
+ Minimum 5 years testing experience on AV product
+ Minimum 3 years test and certification experience with Dolby, DTS, DivX and HDMI
+ Minimum 3 years test and certification experience on Apple products
+ Advanced knowledge about AV-standards and usability testing
+ Knowledge on electronics
+ Good knowledge about AV-standards as DivX-, HDMI-, Dolby-, DTS-, DLNA-, CEC-standard
+ Excellend in using the test equipment and instrument, for example AP
+ Good communication and cooperation ability, team orientated
+ Ability to work independently
+ Motivated to check and learn about the latest AV-Standards
+ Continuously improvement oriented
+ Flexible and dynamic
+ Good team work spirit, creative, and self-motivated
+ Creative, pro-active and hands-on working mentality
+ Meticulous and eye-for-details
+ Loyal
+ Willing to live and work in Dongguan/Tangxia
+ Willing to travel within China
