职位信息 外企金融、银行客服销售工作，8小时不加班。

岗位职责：

1、负责开发拓展客户资源，对高端私人客户的维护，满足客户的理财需求，为客户制订资产配置方案并向客户提供投资建议；

2、负责贵宾客户维护提升工作，为贵宾客户提供专业化的理财服务工作;

3、根据一线工作了解到的客户反馈，不断自我提升；

4、完成市场部制定的销售目标；

5、根据市场部经理的要求按时保质完成销售报告。

任职要求：

1、全日制统招大专及以上学历，通过证券从业资格考试佳，券商及银行等从业人员优先考虑；

2、3-5年以上相关工作经验，有银行理财产品经验优先考虑；

3、良好的客户沟通、人际交往及维系客户关系的能力；

4、具有敏锐的市场洞察力和准确的客户分析能力，能够有效开发客户资源；

5、强烈的服务意识和时间观念，灵活熟练的谈判技巧；

6、为人诚实守信，认同公司企业文化和价值观，有较强的合规意识
