工作职责：
1、接听会员用户来电，耐心、专业为用户提供咨询解答及相关纠纷及投诉服务（如：网上购物时遇到付款失败，退款延迟，账单查询等问题）；
2、熟练操作office办公软件,有一定的网络常识。
岗位要求：
1、年满18周岁，大专及以上学历（条件优秀放开到中专高中及以上学历），打字速度30字/分钟以上；
2、普通话标准，无口音，口齿清晰，表达能力强；
3、良好的电话礼仪和技巧，以客户为导向，主动积极；
4、为人外向热情，有耐心，工作认真负责，具备良好的服务意识；
5、能承受一定的工作压力，根据工作安排，愿意接受轮班轮休工作方式。
工作时间：每天8小时，做五休二（轮休制），综合计时制40小时。

1、综合薪资：底薪+饭补+绩效奖金+晚班津贴，4000-6000（依个人绩效奖金而定）。
