工作职责：针对VIP客户，通过系统呼出，介绍、销售公司保险；，不需要寻找客户资源、不需要面见客户。
工作要求：
1、大专及以上学历；（有销售经验的中专、高中学历少量安排）
2、口齿清晰、普通话流利、无口音、思维敏捷；
3、从事过呼叫中心行业、或有销售经验者优先考虑；
薪资福利：
1、签订正式劳动合同，缴纳五险一金、补充商业医疗保险；
2、无责任底薪3500-5000元+销售职级津贴+高额提成（30%-200%），目前在职员工平均工资8000元以上，40%以上员工月薪过万！
3、年底双薪、带薪假期15天；
4、带薪培训2周；
5、公平、公正、透明的快速提升机会；（公司属于快速成长期）
6、保险行业提成点高达30%-200%（真正的销售人才在乎的是提成有多高，而不是底薪、补助有多少，补助只是暂时的两三个月而已）

早九晚六 做五休二
