1. 针对上年已经投保过我公司的高端汽车用户，通过电话，网络与客户沟通，为客户今年办理续保事宜；

2. 对于续保客户反馈意见及时记录，定期汇报工作经验，为客户提供专业世界500强企业的咨询服务；

3. 因为均是办理老客户的业务，所以成功率在70%左右，成功率高，工作难度低，和客服性质差不多；

任职资格：

1.中专及以上学历，18—35岁之间，

2. 普通话标准，具有一定的表达沟通能力，想通过工作提升自己的社会经验和人际沟通能力；

3. 个性开朗反应敏捷，具有较强的事业心与上进心
