Overview / Responsibilities

  

1. Execute work in accordance with the applicable FW/Project Procedures and Standards

  

2. Carry out the following works as per project and leader engineer’s requirements:

  

• Prepare and finish the write-up, URS and specification of all arch relative scope
• Be able to perform architecture engineering for different phase from initial feasibility study, concept design, basic design to final detail design
• Prepare and finish all the documents and drawings for the detailed design phase (including design specification, layout, elevation, section, detailed drawings and joint drawings) and update and revise the related documents and drawings on time according to the requirements of construction.
• Prepare and finish the MTO for subcontract requisition.
• Support to prepare the MR and ITB technical part for subcontract requisition.
• Prepare and finish the calculation report for energy efficiency
• Review the PDMS model.

  

3. Attend co-ordination meetings and engineering review meetings as per project and leader engineer’s requirements.

  

4. Interface coordination inter-discipline and without-source for special arch relevant designs like interior decoration, facade, landscape......

  

5. Prepare and finish all the documents according to local authorities’ requirement (For example, local authorities permitting, third party review)

  

6. Support Section Manager to do department build and administration work.

  

7. Be able to and be will to perform arch design in both pharmaceutical and petrochemical projects.

  

  

Skills / Qualifications

  

1. Must have medium or above grade architecture engineering certificate
2. Must be bachelor degree of architecture education background
3. At least 5 years related work experience in pharmaceutical/petrochemical industry projects
4. Must be good at English communication.
5. Be able to use Autocad_Arch package, sketch-up and Architecture energy efficiency calculation Software.
6. Familiar with Chinese design codes, specification and varies local government regulations where project is built.
7. Have ability to take charge of project independently.
