Responsibilities include:

• The production of estimates or part estimates as requested by Proposal Manager / Project Manager during proposal preparation stage
• Review and agree with the Proposal Manager the scope, basis and methodology of the estimate
• Produce the estimate based on the agreed methodology and job specifications
• Review each estimate to confirm the correct estimating methodology has been used and agree the accuracy of the estimate and contingency level of appropriate
• Handover the final as-sold cost estimation to project execution
• Project estimation on needed basis

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or above
• Be good at English (writing, reading, and speaking)
• 10+ years’ experience in the related industry
• Strong communication skills among disciplines
• Knowledge of cost estimation during the bidding stage as well as the project execution
