岗位描述：
1. 根据项目目标，制定项目实施方案，管理项目实施过程，开展实施工作；
2. 负责具体实施工作（需求调研、数据整合、测试、培训、上线等），完成项目过程中各类文档的编写、收集、整理及归档；
3. 管理项目执行，对项目需求、进度、质量、风险进行有效管理，项目实施过程沟通协调工作；
4. 与公司内部产品部门、客户方以及第三方厂商有效合作，确保项目正常进行；
5. 建立良好的客户关系，保证客户满意度；
6. 完成公司安排的其他工作任务。
岗位要求：
1. 2-3年医疗信息系统实施经验，熟悉项目管理知识，拥有良好的项目控制能力；
2. 熟悉医院业务流程及医院信息系统数据结构；
3. 有医疗信息系统数据平台开发、实施经验；
4. 有医疗行业软件开发（.net或java）经验；
5. 熟悉Oracle、SQL Server等主流关系型数据库；
6. 熟练掌握T-SQL，PL/SQL，具备编写、优化复杂SQL的能力；
7. 有Python或R开发基础优先，对数据敏感，热爱数据分析工作；
8. 有ETL开发或数据集成经验者优先；
9. 优秀的沟通协调、学习思考、解决问题能力，良好的抗压和适应能力。

Service Specialist
Description:
1. According to the project objectives, formulate the project implementation plan, manage the project implementation process and carry out the implementation work.
2. Responsible for the implementation of the specific work (requirement research, data integration, testing, training, on-line, etc.), complete the preparation of the project document, collection, collation and filing.
3. Manage the project implementation; effectively manage the project requirements, progress, quality and risk. Coordinate the project implementation process.
4. Cooperate effectively with internal product department, customer side and third-party company to ensure the normal operation of the project.
5. Establish a good customer relationship to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
1. 2 - 3 year experience in area of medical information system implementation, familiar with project management knowledge and good project control ability;
2. Familiar with hospital business process and hospital information system data structure;
3. Medical information system data platform development and implementation experience;
4. Medical software development (.net or java) experience;
5. Familiar with Oracle, SQL Server and other mainstream relational database;
6. Proficient in T-SQL, PL / SQL, with the ability to write, optimize complex SQL;
7. Have Python or R development priorities, data-sensitive, and love data analysis;
8. ETL development or data integration experience is preferred;
9. Excellent communication and coordination, learning and thinking, problem solving, good resistance and adaptability.

2020年3月，美国食品药品管理局（FDA）已为珀金埃尔默研发的新型冠状病毒核酸检测试剂盒（RT-PCR）批准了紧急使用授权（EUA）。同时，该新型冠状病毒核酸检测试剂盒作为一种体外诊断（IVD）设备，满足欧盟体外诊断试剂指令（IVDD）的要求，并获得欧盟市场的准入资格，且于4月被正式列入WHO应急使用清单（EUL，Emergency Use Listing）。
