Description

-Responsible for drawing up project schedule, follow up project plan and forecast risk

-Responsible for coordinating among R&D development teams, operation teams and sale & marketing for project implementation

-Work with program manager to prepareproject kick off meeting, project review meeting

- Maintains detailed and organized documentation of all program data. (i.e. contracts, schedules, deliverables, support for actual shipments)

- Partners with program managers to complete periodic status reviews, understand timetables and program terminology.

- Connect window between customers and internal team to do coordination and arrangement.

- Uses spreadsheet and other system tools extensively. Performs other related duties as required.

Qualifications

- Bachelor degree or higher, electronic engineering and computer science related majors are preferred.At least 2 years related project management working experience.

- Knowledge of project management,and basic knowledge in all stages of thecircuit design, basic high speed SerDes circuit design flow (including specification, architecture, and design implementation) would be an added advantage.

- Good command of written and spoken English

- Eager to learn, good interpersonal and communication skill

- Ability to work in unstructured environments and to drive the goal from start to achievement, strong self-motivation.

- Good team work spirit and able to work with diverse team members in China and overseas.
