Description:

Design and debug of ATE programs and hardware for debug, characterization, qualification and production of High Speed SoC devices.

Core Responsibilities:

1. Develop and document test plan for new devices.
2. Work with Design to ensure DFT and usability of patterns.
3. Work with Quality Engineer to verify Burn-In board design and patterns.
4. Work with Product Engineer to automatically datalog desired data and create post processing scripts to extract data if necessary.
5. Design and debug test SW & HW for Production, Characterization & Reliability.
6. Debug new silicon.
7. Create quality and cost effective test solution for mass production.
8. Implement test programs and release into offsite production.

Qualifications:

1. Solid understanding of Analog Fundamentals, Design for Test and Manufacturing Concepts.
2. Expertise in Semiconductor Test Methodology.
3. Experience working on Digital, Mixed Signal and SoC Devices with hands on HP/V/A93000 experience.
4. Strong Programming skills for writing and debugging test programs and HW related issues.
5. Competency in programming with Scripting languages (ie, PERL/Python) and high level languages (ie, C/C++ or Visual Basic.)
6. Able to work with test equipment (ie, oscilloscope, BERT, etc)
7. 5+ years relevant experience
8. Occasional Travel is required
9. Good spoken and written English required

Education: BSEE / MSEE is required
