Responsibilities:

    As a Field Application Engineer for China, you will be involved in the entire sales cycle that includes pre-sales, design-in and post-sales support at your target customers. And you will be involved into testing and debugging work for R&D team. The following are specific responsibilities:

1. Deliver product and tools demonstration, bench mark, feasibility study, customer-specific technical documentation
2. Support and assist customers to convert design, provide guidance and help in design optimization and issue resolution. Provide support in device bring up and debugging. Provide on-site support when necessary.
3. Support and assist BD & Sales team to visit customers, conduct technical demos, provide technical introduction to the technology of company, and give technical training for internal BD/sales teams and external clients
4. Work closely with R&D team to report, analyze and resolve issues. Provide feedback to R&D regarding the performance of the product.
5. Develop close relationship with customer project team.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communication Engineering/Computer Science/ Micro-electronics/Electrical Engineering.
2. Proven knowledge of at least one of the following area: high-speed interface, signal Integrity, Ethernet communication protocol, ASIC flow, analog circuit, and communication system architecture.
3. The positive, conscientious, responsible, and self-driven working attitude is a must.
4. Willing to have business travels is a must.
5. Fluency in Mandarin and English is required.
6. Prior telecommunication, data networking, application engineering and signal integrity experience is desirable
7. Familiar with Python/Matlab/HFSS/OrCAD tools is desirable
8. Good customer interface, strong communication and presentation skills
9. Quick learner, ability to multi-task
