Senior Trade Fair Coordinator—Operation Department

  

Responsibilities

  

1. Support the team on all administrative issues such as process vendors’ invoice, raise Pos, payment follow up, production of exhibitor service manual for projects assigned etc to ensure smooth running of department.

2. Initiate budget proposal for manager’s review and handle logistics arrangement for exhibitors and visitors to ensure their participation to the fair is smooth and satisfactory.

3. Assist the manager on liaison and maintenance of good relationship with different suppliers such as freight forwarder, Registration Company, temp staff agency etc for effective delivery of services.

4. Coordinate and work on-site with different suppliers such as stand contractors, freight forwarders, venues, utilities and other suppliers etc to ensure their quality of services meet with specifications.

5. Recruit, manage, train and supervise on-site temporary workers to ensure good customer service is provided.

6. Perform and hoc tasks as assigned by the manager to smooth the preparations and operations.

            

  

Requirements

  

1. Bachelor Degree.1-2years operation working experience.

2. Good knowledge in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing is a must.

3. Good organizational skills, interpersonal skills and communication skills.

4. Good common of both written and spoken of English, Mandarin.

5. Well organized, multi-tasking and good team player.
