工作职责:

1. Highly understand global scientific contents and localize them to China, transform global contents from different dimensions to local teams (e.g. MTK, Training);

2. Bridge global headquarter with regional team, enhance cross region communication and urge local practices;

3. Develop scientific strategy for China, establish a joint system of opinion leaders in the field of dermatology and cosmetic industry, facilitate the research and cooperation with top medical institutions in China and take the lead in planning, organizing and executing large-scale medical programs;

4. Research and pay attention to the hot issues of dermatology and cosmetic industry;

5. Deeply understand the market demand, turn the academic contents into market demands and provide them to the marketing departments;

6. Provide dermatology and cosmetic training and public materials to related department (e.g. MTK, Training);

7. Work closely with the marketing teams and agencies, developing and providing scientific supports as needed and participate the planning of medical professional market activities;

8. Address scientific questions/issues and prepare white papers on various scientific issues as needed;

任职资格:

1. Bachelor/Master/PHD degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g. dermatology, pharmacy, medicine);

2. Minimum of 6-10 years’ experience in dermatology related field, a certain academic background, familiar with skin knowledge and cosmetic ingredients knowledge, dermatologist experience is preferred;

3. Outstanding presentation and communication skills, a high level of initiative, willingness to learn, the ability to work independently and drive forward;

4. Fluent English in both verbal and written.
