Job Descriptions:

Responsible of key account management, new account development within North and East China.
Work closely with FAE and marketing to grow video business in North and East China. Focus on demand creation, design in, design wins.
Manage distribution design in, backlog, inventory to maximize revenue.
Building strategic relationship with key customers.
Calls on prospective customers, provide technical solutions, demonstrations and quotation.


Job Requirements:
3+ years video surveillance sales experience in China. BS of EE degree is must.
Good knowledge with video surveillance technology, solution, and marketing information. Video decoder experience is must, ISP knowledge is plus.
Capability of solving critical issue, taking high pressure.
Outstanding presentation skill, with creative thinking.
Self motivated and discipline. Aggressive in business generation.
Good communication capability, team work.
Fluent in English and Mandarin.

Master degree or MBA is plus.
Familiar with video mobile SoC solution is plus.
Willing to travel over 50%.
