Position: Vehicle off-line Inspection Engineer

Division/Department: Production & Logistic/ Pilothalle

Location: Shanghai

Your Responsibilities:

? Responsible for the development of automation solutions for off-line testing of new energy vehicles;

? Responsible for the development and production introduction of the off-line inspection automation solution for the car networking project;

? Responsible for manufacturability verification and production introduction of driving assistance/automatic driving;

? Responsible for the concept verification and introduction of leading edge technologies such as intelligent manufacturing and digital factories in the field of off-line inspection;

? Develop vehicle off-line automation solutions based on controller test specifications (IBNA and IPB) and VW off-line inspection standards;

? Combine vehicle commissioning to manage and track test results;

? Provide technical support for key issues in off-line inspection of series production;

? Continuous optimization of the off-line inspection program to improve production efficiency;

Our Requirements:

Necessary education:

? Bachelor degree or above/degree;

? Vehicle engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, computer, software engineering, or electronics and electrical related majors;

Personal skills:

? Familiar with vehicle electrical functions;

? Familiar with the vehicle assembly and BZD (end of assembly shop, read all the vehicle information and upload them, print out the certificate, etc.) process;

? Understand the composition and basic principles of vehicle electrical and electronic systems;

? Understand the basic methods of controller fault diagnosis;

? Good communication, coordination and reporting ability;

? Have Java programming foundation and project development experience is preferred;

? With Linux operation and maintenance experience and the ability of problem analysis and solution is preferred;
