职位描述
Responsibilities
1. Provide daily technical support to production line for large volume and high quality manufacturing.
2. Work together with manufacturing and quality team.
3. Coordinate manufacturing engineering and R&D projects with US corporate technical teams
Job Descriptions
1. Routinely perform engineering tasks of high complexity while meeting schedule milestones and quality goals.
2. Conduct optical simulation and modeling and apply design tolerance study result to improving manufacturing process.
3. Learn and follow the defined New Product Introduction (NPI) processes and ISO9000 requirements.
4. Work proactively with engineering team on process improvement tasks.
5. Daily process data and SPC chart analysis and MFG line health track.
6. Proactively identify technical solutions and risks for product deliverables in line.
7. Train, guide and support MFG operators while performing his/her job functions with minimal supervision and direction.
Requirements
1. MS degree or higher in Optical Engineering, Physics, Photonics, Laser, etc
2. >=1 year of industrial work experience in relevant fields; or >=2 years of project experiences in university and/or research institutes
3. Experience with Zemax modeling is required. Experience with Solidworks is a plus
4. Good analytical and practical knowledge of geometrical and physical optics
5. Solid understanding of design for manufacturing including all documentation for the product release to manufacture.
6. Good team work spirit and responsible attitude.
7. Open-minded, self-motivated and a quick learner.
