Job description:

1) Establish fluent and efficient communication between our office in St Louis and vendors/factories.

2) Execute all related merchandising, get fit samples and cost worksheet for head office's approval.
3) Drive the development process from tech packs received to fit samples and bulk production.
4) Constant update and interaction with the vednors/factories is needed.

5) Check samples on styling, fabric/trim, hangtag/style information sheet before handing to technician team for further checking.
6) Responsible for getting fabric, lab dips/strike offs and fit samples approved by head office in St. Louis based on the seasonal development chart.
7) Fill out the Development Chart for head office each Thurday.
8) Cooperate with Product Development & Design team in head office on sample development thru QA manager to solve problems at the earliest stage.

Job requirement:

1) At least 5 years working experience in Ladies' fashion field.

2) intermediate product know-how on ladies'wears for knitted, woven and sweaters

3) Good English in listening, speaking, reading and writing.

4) college graduate or above

5) responsible and team player

6) CET 6 or TEM8
