KEY JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Provide hardware design of new products

2.Particaipated in architecture design of new product

3.Solve complicated technical problems

4.Work with other sites and function teams(e.g.firmware, mechanical, PCB design, & test development), and play a key roles in new product development

5.Support NPI and manufacture team on problem analysis and solving

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

1.Master in electronics, electrical engineering, optical communications or a related field, with strong hardware design background

2.2+ years' experience of hardware develop experience in electrical circuits

3.Familiar with schematic and PCB layout design and tools

4.A strong technical background and experience in high speed circuit design, high speed optical transceiver is desirable

5.Self-motivateed, strong problem-solving capabilities and analystical skills

6.Good written and oral communication skill in English
