任务 /Tasks

   

• 使用机器人完成并记录各种材料,尤其是铝材料的焊接实验/Welding trials and documentation with Robot. Especially aluminium.

      

       

• 根据客户的应用和要求，进行设备的选型和配置。如焊钳选型/ As the application and requirement from customer to choose the right system configuration. For example: gun type.

      

    

安装/升级伏能士系统 /电气/软件调试/系统集成 / Installing and updating Fronius system/Electro-technical/software commissioning/system integration

    

       

• 提供产品介绍/系统介绍/和工艺介绍的支持 / Providing support for the introduction of products/systems/processes in front of the customer.

      

       

• 通过电子邮件，电话等提供技术支持 / Providing e-mail and telephone support for technical requirements.

      

       

• 维修/服务 / Repairing / Servicing

      

       

• 编写和翻译技术文件/ Adapting and translate the technical documents

      

       

• 协助产品管理，例如：初步修改/进一步发展产品 / Assisting with product management, e.g. initiating modifications/further development,

      

    

       

• 协助各项活动（交易会，研讨会）/ Assisting with events (trade fairs, seminars)

      

       

• 演示电阻点焊/组织客户培训/ Presentation the RSW and organization the customer training

      

    

    

    

    

职位要求 / Requirements

    

    

    

· 具有机电一体化相关知识 / Have the knowledge of mechatronics

    

    

· 熟悉相关机器人编程/通讯/ Experience in robot programming/interfaces.

    

    

· 对焊接技术感兴趣 / Special interesting in welding technology

    

    

· 销售/交流技巧 / Sales/communication skill

    

    

· 演讲技能 / Presentation skills

    

    

· 综合IT和办公软件技能 / Comprehensive IT , office software skill.

    

    

· 持有效驾照 / Driving licence

    

    

· 电阻点焊技术岗位工作经验优先/ experience on RSW welding an advantage.

    

    

· 熟悉电阻点焊工艺，焊接设备；具有整车或零部件电阻点焊经验优先/ Well known of the procedure of RSW welding and equipment. Better have the experience on Automotive or suppliers an advantage.

    

    

· 具有铝材料电阻点焊经验优先/ Experience on aluminium material welding an advantage.
