Responsibilities

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of the Creative worldwide customer care team. Based in Shanghai, the advisor will provide support to worldwide customers if handling English cases. The candidate needs to be customer service-oriented and proficient in these 3 languages; Japanese, Chinese and English, in order to liaise with our customers. This role will provide technical support via phone, email and chat. You need to guide customers to use and troubleshoot the products and resolve the issue in a timely manner. You have to assist in Japanese/Chinese/English knowledge base article translation and publication. Previous experience in a related role, computer literacy and a keen interest in digital entertainment products such as speakers, gaming headsets and sound cards are distinct advantages.

Requirements

· Degree in any discipline

· Minimum 2 years relevant experience in call centre environment

· Customer-oriented

· Good knowledge and experience in troubleshooting technology and electronic products

· 5-day work week (including Public Holiday),

· Interest in gaming headsets, sound cards, speakers

· Familiar with the latest mobile technology and various social media platforms e.g. Facebook, Twitter

· Experience in various operating system for Windows / Mac devices
