- Plan and follow-up schedule / quality / budget of assigned projects

- Define and track project planning including schedule / re-source/ milestones

- Manage project quality: time/cost/quality

- Facilitate internal and external collaboration, e.g. sales, sourcing, production, aftermarket and customers.

- Ensure regular information flow to stakeholders and manage expectations.

- Reviews / Status meetings / Reports

- Project risk communication and mitigation.

- Collaboration with internal and external functions, customers, suppliers and global peers.

- Bachelor Degree in Engineering or administration related.

- More than 3 years of project management experience preferably in wind power or relevant industries. PMP certificate is preferred.

- Comfortable to manage multiple tasks in parallel and drive solid execution in a diversified environment.

- Ability to conduct executive communication and negotiate requirements in front of related stakeholders.

- System level insight & self-motivated behavior. Proficient in spoken and written English.

-The candidate shall be responsible, integrity and open-minded.

-Willing to travel.

Avanti Wind Systems is a Danish company founded in 1885. It is a world leading manufacturer of ladder and lift solutions for getting safety up and down inside wind turbine towers. Avanti Wind Systems Manufacturing (Shanghai) Co. Ltd was established in 2006. Avanti China now has two factory in Shanghai and Tianjin with about 100 employees.

All machining of components are outsourced to sub-suppliers as our main focus is quality control and assembly of final products.
