Position Purpose:

• This role exists to handle invoice processing to ensure timely payment. The role is important to the organization because of the need to for accurate timely payments to vendors/suppliers and to insure Delegation of Authority (DOA) compliance for internal control.

  Activities & Accountabilities:

• Process invoices to ensure timely payment within the payment terms.

• Validate necessity of payment.

• Validate Delegation of Authority to spend (non-PO and un-priced invoices)

• Escalate invoices to an APAY SME to resolve non-conformance of invoices

• Adheres to SLA/OLAs as well as any other P2P related metrics as defined by the Center Leader.

Critical Success Factors:

• Accurate data input and 10-key experience.

• Basic mathematics and understanding of accounting practices.

• Excellent attention to detail

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

• Strong customer service skills

• Excellent computer skills including working knowledge of SAP

• Experience in an accounting related position preferred

• Good English oral & written
