职位：生产工程师 （机械）

职位描述和职责
-根据施耐德总部要求，定义和控制机器装配的流程
-在SAP 中计划产品和生产
-设计装配流程所需的工夹具
-维护和更新装配作业指导书
-测定标准工时
-维护管理明细表
-管理技术文件，如图纸，明细表，作业指导书等
-负责实施技术变更
-为零件的国产化提供支持（选择合格供应商，同总部讨论材料，技术数据和图纸，放行零件样品）
-负责质量控制和质量改进

教育背景，工作经验和技能要求:
-本科以上，机械专业
-英语和汉语（口语和书面）流利
-熟悉SAP R/3 者优先
-熟练使用 MS Office 办公软件，Pro E 和 CAD 制图软件
-至少有三年制造工程师（包括自动化机械设备和装配）的工作经验，
-熟悉数控机床的装配
-具备SPC, FMEA 和 5S 知识
-了解精益生产流程
-有良好的零部件国产化经验
-有质量控制经验 （ISO 2001）
-追求工作细节，能够在压力下工作
-出色的的团队精神

Production Engineer (mechanical)

Work field and responsibilities

· Define and control of the machinery assembly process according to Schneider OM requirements

· product planning and production control in SAP

· Design tools and fixtures for the processing of assembly components

· Write and update work instruction

· Measure the standard working time

· Maintain the BOM

· Management of the technical documents like drawings, BOM, work instruction ….

· Management and implement of the engineering change

· Support the localization (select qualified suppliers, discuss alternative materials or and technical data or drawings with the head quarter, and release of the samples)

· Responsible for quality control and improvement

Knowledge and skills:

· Bachelor degree or above, majoring in mechanical

· Fluent in English both spoken and written

· experience with SAP

· Good computer skills with M-office, Outlook, CAD and Pro-E

· Knowledge of assembly for CNC machines

· At least 3 year experience in an engineering role in manufacturing including automated machines, equipment machining, assembly

· Knowledge FMEA, and 5S

· Good understanding of lean manufacturing process

· Good experience with localization of the parts

· Knowledge of quality control (ISO 2001)

· Good experience with local market

· Positive and willing to work in details, able to perform under pressure

· Good team player
