I. BROAD FUNCTION: 广义职责

The Sanitation Supervisors is responsible for: 清洁卫生主管负责：

1. Supervising the daily activities of the Quality and Sanitation Technicians. 监管清洁技术人员的日常活动。
2. Ensuring that the department operates in compliance with the quality system and regulatory requirements.确保部门操作与质量系统和规则需求一致。
3. Ensuring that finished products are in compliance with specifications.确保成品与规格一致

II. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:主要责任

1. Supervises the daily activities of the Quality and Sanitation technicians. 监管清洁技术人员的日常活动。

2. Schedules the work assignments of the technicians. 技术人员工作分配日程

3. Reviews processing activities to ensure conformance to finished product specifications.检察流程活动

4. Oversees the Pest Control program.审查有害物控制项目

5. Responsible for developing, maintaining ad implementing the Master Sanitation Schedule.负责开发，维护和实施清洁主计划

6. Assists in resolving quality related issues throughout the plant.协助解决在工厂发生的质量相关的问题

7. Verifies labor hours and payroll report for accuracy.为求精确，确认人工小时和薪水册报告

8. Conducts department meetings and training sessions.参加部门会议和培训会议

9. Assesses the training needs of the technicians, making sure that training is adequately performed and documented.评估技术人员培训需求，确保有足够的培训且被记入文件。

10. Verifies that the department is in compliance with the quality system requirements.确认部门与质量系统需求一致

11. Assists in special projects.协助特殊项目

12. Responsible for performance review for all department members，motivate all subordinates. 负责所有部门员工的绩效考核, 指导，激励下属。

13. To mentor and develop the department personnel and identify training needs 指导和发展部门员工

14. Follow company policies and procedures遵循公司政策和程序

15. Any additional activities assigned by Plant manager 工厂经理交办的其他任务

III. EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE教育，技能和经验

Bachelor’s Degree in Baking, Food Science, Chemistry or related science required.大学本科，烘焙，食品科学，化学或相关科学专业

1. Knowledge of statistics preferred.了解统计学为佳

2. Courses in Quality Assurance concepts desirable.参加过质量评价概念的课程

3. Knowledge of Quality Systems preferred.了解质量系统为佳

4. 2 to 3 years working experience in a food plant. 在食品工厂有过2-3年的工作经验

5. 1 year in a supervisory experience preferred.一年主管经验为佳

6. Good communication skills.良好的沟通技巧

7. Able to read and speak English. 有英语读、写的能力
