1 负责工程日常运行管理，组织解决各类工程突发问题。

2 参与工程合同前期的调研、评估，预测项目人员、工具配置等相关成本。

3 工程合同技术指导书的制定与完善，项目成本的控制及调整。

4 制定工程服务合同中的维护保养计划，定期对各工程服务项目进行考评。

5 组织对工程部员工的管理、培训，提高预防性维护工作及纠正性维修工作的质量。

1 年龄30岁以上, 电气、制冷相关工程技术专业，大专及以上学历。

2 有5年以上医院、物业、酒店、商场等工程相关工作经验，3年以上管理岗位管理经验。

3 熟悉设施、设备安装、验收与维护，在制冷、锅炉、电气方面有丰富的管理经验。

4 熟悉工程行业的作业安全，消防安全，以及工程运作流程。

5 良好的协调、沟通能力、团队精神。

    American-Sino Ob/Gyn/Pediatrics Services (ASGOP) was co-founded in 2003 by New Life Ob/Gyn Group LLP and Huashun Worldwide Medical Center. New Life Ob/Gyn Group LLP is a New York based OB/GYN medicine group with a team of American board certified obstetrics
and gynecology specialists, affiliated with several preeminent medical institutions in New York. Huashun Worldwide Medical Center is a subsidiary of Shanghai Huashan Hospital affiliated with Fudan University.

   ASGOP’s founding mission is to introduce American standard Ob/Gyn services to China, staffed by certified specialists from the U.S. and China and equipped by state-of-the-art technology and equipment. ASGOP offers a full range of women’s and children’s healthcare services, including 2nd opinion and referral services to the U.S. Our first class inpatient and outpatient facilities are modern, comfortable, and conveniently located in the city center. All staff is bilingual in English and Chinese, providing high-quality personalized service and care.
