Job Responsibilities:
1)To establish In-coming Inspection Plan and Limit Samples with Suppliers
2)To review all In-coming Inspection Reports, Disposition and control
3)To ensure all In-coming Inspections are Documented and Control
4)Set up the supplier quality goals and ensure all Suppliers Achieve it
5)To Analysis and Corrective Action Plan for In-house and Customers Rejects
6)Responsible for all Supplier Quality Rejects, Issues Supplier CAR and monitor Supplier Quality Improvement Plan and Effectiveness
7)Responsible for New Supplier Qualification with related department
"8)Responsible for In-coming Inspectors Training (new inspectors and for all new products)
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, at least 3 years working experience in quality function
- Good knowledge for ISO 9000 and 14000 SPC SIXSIGMA
Good skills in communication,result orientation,decision making,strong team work spirit,Strong leadship, family with different kind of analysis tools.

- Fluent in English both in writing and speaking
