JOB DESCRIPTION
a. Manage Production & Maintenance team
b. Perform Targets
c.Improve manpower utilization within existing departments and processes. Schedule stability that
allows for maximum return on efficiencies.
d. Report directly to GM
e. Train employees on manufacturing procedures company policies
f. Pursue self development and training in current and new Production flow
g. Encourage use of new techniques and focus on fact based problem solving.
PROFESSIONAL SKILLS
Previous Experience in Manufacturing industries (at least 5 years). Preferred in Thermosetting
or Thermoplastic moulding plants. Confidence with Presses and Extrusion machines.
Be strategic, methodical, logical and detail oriented
Be an excellent communicator
Be multitalented and able to perform different roles
Have good supervisory, management and networking capabilities
Be able to investigate, document, and maintain records accurately
Be extremely professional, customer friendly and amenable
PERSONAL SKILLS
Fluent English is essential.
Strong leadership skills, independent thinking, strong organizational and planning abilities and
excellent analytical and problem solving skills are essential.
