PRIMARY OBJECTIVE

work with SAA team to make sure specific project success in a timely manner with good quality; build and maintain relation with Key-customer's RD team, to ensure success in long term business relation

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

- work with Sales to figure out key customer's RD structure and key person

- work with Sales to figure out contact person of project, work as general contact window from RD side

- make project plan, be responsible for project output for key point of project milestone, acc to procedure

- cooperate resource of sample making, pilot run, sample and report delivery standing on RD side

- highlight main problem in a structure way about project delay, delivery delay, and main issue with customer

- maintain good work relation with RD engineers

JOB SPECIFICATION

- University degree, major in mechanical engineering is preferable

- 3 years PM experience in mass production industry.

- Project Management, ISO 9000, MS-office

- Good time management and skills in communication, negotiation

- Good command of English
