Job description
You will be hired as a consultant in companies who are in need of a comprehensive and qualitative approach to effectively dealing with the maintenance and evolution of their enterprise system architecture. Mitigating risks, lowering system complexity and technical debt, and cutting costs are typical drivers high on your agenda.
You will analyze enterprise system landscapes and apply sound architectural styles (e.g, SOA) and enterprise-integration patterns to manage its evolution. To this end, you use your knowledge and hands-on experience of architectural best practices, industry and technology standards, and state-of-the-art tools and methodologies.
You can act as technical lead in big agile transformation projects, where you provide the architectural direction and governance and align business and technical stakeholders and their requirements.
You analyze the situation, identify strategic business goals, organization leverages and roadblocks (in relation to the existing enterprise system architecture) to propose an effective approach for transformation, discuss and tune this with your peer colleagues and convince the main stakeholders.

Profile
You have 10 years of experience is Enterprise IT architecture or system architecture
You have more than 5 years of hands-on experience in dealing with enterprise systems landscapes in larger organizations.
You are skilled in configuration management, technical integration, middleware and enterprise application integration and are capable of applying this effectively in technical contexts.
You have been involved in agile teams for more than 3 years.
You have used state-of-the-art technologies and tool suites in practice and know which methods and technologies should be applied when, where, and how.
You use your though leadership and intimate knowledge on enterprise system architecture to convincing C-level executives of investment decisions, direct change in the organization, and show leadership in software development projects and programs to ensure the proper evolution of the architecture.
You have a background in software or systems engineering and strong analytical and technical skills.
You are eager to contribute to inspearit's ambitious (international) transformation projects that often combine process, product and people elements.
- You have strong consultancy skills: active listener, you are a pragmatic force of proposition for change allying passion for content and a drive for business impact. Entrepreneurial skills and the ambition to expand inspearit's thought leadership on enterprise systems architecture is preferred.
