Responsible for execution of overall sourcing strategies and tactical direction to support Yum! China accelerating expansion pace, increasingly complex / frequent new products, and to manage / reduce input cost through competition  – 30%


Directs the daily activities of purchasing team for optimal results; implement and influence best practices in the discipline of supply chain management, inventory management, sourcing from multiple sources; implement risk management, contingency plan – 20%


Solicit and evaluate bids; negotiate with suppliers for goods and services; balancing best possible price, quality and service level. Manages existing supplier relationships. Resolve suppliers’ grievances – 15%


Develops new supply sources when required,researches new sources for existing and new products development – 20%


Drive suppliers’ performances such as delivery compliance to reduce inventory level. Meet with suppliers management team to discuss trends, business issues and propose – 15%



Requirement:

1.Prefer qualification: Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Supply Chain Management or Business Management.

2.Retail or QSR company experience preferred.

3.Be able to manage several tasks simultaneously.

4.Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.

5.Quick learner with high degree of energy and superior work ethic.

6.Have strong business mindset; can provide marketing team with innovative premiums to drive sales.

7. Can quickly identify issues and resolve problems. Helps team focus on critical issues

8. Must possess good negotiating skills; have a good understanding of economic indicators, price indices; market trends; commercial and contract law and can reach sound business decision without supervision.

9. Eight years or above working experience.
